This site is operated by David Griffin, 206 Harbor Dr S, Venice, FL 34285, a licensed Florida real estate professional working with Christy Griffin as The Coastal Living Team.

Real estate services are provided through Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.

We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. That happens when you fill in a form on this site. The fields are:

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These typically record the IP address making a request, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser identifier your device sends. Logs exist so the site can be kept running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they found us. It sets cookies on your device so that a return visit is not counted as a new person, and it reports to us in aggregate: how many people read a village page, which searches or links brought them, roughly what part of the country they are in. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell or share what it collects. Google processes this data as our analytics provider and under its own terms.

We run no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, and no session recording. Beyond analytics, our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security or load balancing, which is not under our control and is not used to identify you.

Most browsers let you block or delete these cookies, and browser signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are honored where the law requires it. Blocking them does not change how the site works for you.

When you use the neighborhood finder to narrow down the Wellen Park communities, your answers are handled entirely inside your own browser and are written into the page address so you can bookmark or share your results. Those answers are not sent to us and we do not see them.

If you then decide to contact us from your results, the answers you chose travel with that message so we can respond usefully. That only happens when you submit the form yourself.

We use the information you submit to do the following, and nothing else:

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from David Griffin, including replies to your inquiry and marketing texts. The number of messages sent in a day may vary from one to five.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for contact information. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything.

Your mobile information and your consent status will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We share it only with the vendors who deliver the messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers.

To stop receiving marketing email from us, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message, or simply reply and ask. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send messages that relate directly to a transaction or an active conversation with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It reaches other parties only in these situations:

We keep what you send us for as long as needed to answer you and to meet the record keeping obligations that apply to real estate practice in Florida. Where no obligation applies, we keep it only as long as it is useful for the conversation you started, and then dispose of it.

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us information, contact us, and we will delete it.

This site links to other places, including our brokerage profile and our social accounts. Once you follow a link, the privacy practices of that site apply, not ours, and we do not control them.

Videos on this site use a privacy enhanced player. Nothing loads from the video provider, and no video provider data is set on your device, unless you click to play. If you do click play, that provider's own privacy terms apply to the playback.

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Information you submit is transmitted over that connection to the systems described above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most reliable protection available.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page, and we will post the revised version here. Where a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than relying on you to notice a new date.
