It sits within walking distance of Downtown Wellen and CoolToday Park. Residents get a resort-style pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a yoga and events lawn.
Because Solstice is closed out, nothing new is being built here, no pricing is published, and the community no longer lists which home designs it offered. Homes still change hands, though, and a sold-out neighborhood is often the one people want most. If Solstice is yours, tell us, and we will watch the resale market and call you when something lists.
